Client Support Specialist
Under limited supervision, the Client Support Specialist will perform day-to-day administrative tasks according to established procedures and provide assistance to team members as needed as well as perform back-up for other team members for designated tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate resolution of member enrollment/coverage issues
- Respond to assigned emails including member inquiries and basic employer questions
- Assist with data entry/imports
- Support/Assist with yearly renewals
- Perform daily administrative system management
- Respond to member/client telephone inquiries
- Assist with new client account set-up
- Process payments when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience / Skills:
- Must be able to multitask
- Some general Human Resources experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Microsoft Office applications knowledge required
- COBRA Certification preferred but not required (will certify upon hire)
