Client Support Specialist

Under limited supervision, the Client Support Specialist will perform day-to-day administrative tasks according to established procedures and provide assistance to team members as needed as well as perform back-up for other team members for designated tasks.


  • Facilitate resolution of member enrollment/coverage issues
  • Respond to assigned emails including member inquiries and basic employer questions
  • Assist with data entry/imports
  • Support/Assist with yearly renewals
  • Perform daily administrative system management
  • Respond to member/client telephone inquiries
  • Assist with new client account set-up
  • Process payments when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience / Skills:

  • Must be able to multitask
  • Some general Human Resources experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Microsoft Office applications knowledge required
  • COBRA Certification preferred but not required (will certify upon hire)
