American Benefits Group partners with Infinisource, one of the nation's leading COBRA service providers to deliver a comprehensive COBRA solution for our employer group insurance clients. COBRA administration is provided at no cost to employers who work with our firm on a broker of record basis for their underlying group insurance benefits. Infinisource provides following critical service elements needed to keep you in compliance:

• Provide the Department of Labor initial COBRA notice to newly covered employees
• Notify the participants of their rights to continue eligibility and participation , within the time periods specified by COBRA and required under HIPAA
• Provide participants a toll free number for COBRA inquires.
• Verify and maintain all record keeping to keep you in compliance
• Provide reporting of participation to all carrier/administrators responsible for claims payments.
• As required, produce and distribute coverage terminations notices and HIPAA certificates to all participants and dependents discontinuing coverage
• Provide assistance with employee plan communication materials and distribution procedures
• Prepare monthly reports including notifications sent and participation administration
• Collect and verify premium payments
• Rate and benefit change notifications
• IRS reporting
